Highly recommed this company. There was a delay with shipping our dining table and the delivery date was after the dinner party we had planned. Grain and frame went out of their way to make alternative arrangements so that we would not have to cancel on our guests. The table and bench we ordered has exceed our expectations. Absolutely beautiful pieces and excellent customer service from this company.

I am in love with my new table and benches! They fit perfectly in my new flat and look homely and modern. Delivery was friendly, efficient and professional and they even put some pads on the bottom to protect my floors! Would recommend!

Ordered the Hartlebury 6-10 seater extendable table. The quality of the piece is first class and is a solid sturdy table that will last for decades with the right care. From placement of order through to delivery and beyond the Grain and Frame team have been in contact to make sure that everything has run smoothly. Can't really ask for more on the customer service front. 5* service from build quality to customer service.

We cannot recommend these guys enough. We were after a bespoke dining table and personal service and we were not disappointed. We're really glad that they were based in the Midlands but honestly would have travelled a fair way to get this table (incidentally, we did travel to many places but could not find the right one). We visited the premises where Sam took time out to show us their process and used his expert knowledge to best advise us on what was best for us. Once we had ordered it online we felt looked after the whole time and the timescales were very reasonable and had been stuck to. It was no surprise that the guys delivering it were extremely friendly, fast and took the time to ensure I knew how to attach the leaves and that we were happy with everything before leaving. Sam then followed up with us afterward to again ensure that we were happy. There's a lot to be said about this independent business and the service they offer and won't hesitate to use them again and recommend to anyone I can. Thanks again Sam and the team!

Grain and Frame were brilliant from start to finish. Their website enabled us to customise our design to create exactly what we wanted. They were also very quick and accommodating when responding to our queries too; allowing us to suggest our preferred delivery date so that I didn't have to take any additional time off of work.The installation team were friendly, efficient and professional throughout, leaving us with our stunning new furniture! We are so pleased with the design and quality of the farmhouse table and chairs that we received; the live edge is gorgeous - I am so pleased that we went with this option.Thank you Grain and Frame! We are absolutely over the moon with our new dining table! It's exactly what we wanted! The finish on the wooden top is so rutic and beautiful. The table legs have been painted in the exact same colour as the rest of the kitchen, so it fits in perfectly. The customer service has been spot on the whole way through the process, from email/phone discussions about our exact needs, to the follow up service. I would highly recommend this company!!

I had a few questions about creating a custom size and we received answers and recommendations very quickly which was greatly appreciated. Our delivery was booked in with plenty of notice and the team delivering and assembling the table did so quickly and took away all the packaging.The table itself looks fab and we are really happy - would definitely recommend Sam and his team!

I ordered a table and two benches. It was dispatched within the time frame originally stated. Communication was great- I was kept informed of the delivery date and time window during which I could expect delivery. The delivery guys called me when they were on their way and let me know when they would arrive.The furniture was assembled really quickly and the service was very professional and friendly.I had a few questions about the care of the product which were answered promptly by email.Would def recommend!

We searched for a long time for a table which extended but which didn't come from the middle of the table (where you end up with grooves which collect crumbs). I came across Grain and Frame in the internet and liked what I saw, and at a reasonable cost. The sample they sent convinced me it was okay to order something that I had not seen and I really liked that I could choose the exact dimensions of the table.Given it's made specifically for me, the delivery time was not too bad. On delivery day I got a call saying they were not happy the quality and would not deliver. I was disappointed but they pulled out all the stops, sorted the issue and delivered the next day. Cannot really ask for better than that.When it arrived the table was just lovely. So easy to assemble and it looks fantastic in the space. It's elegant but modern and excellent quality - we just love it. Delighted to get a bespoke table for the cost of something you buy in a store, definitely worth it.Thanks to the team at Grain and Frame - we still smile each time we sit at the table!

We ordered the live edge black oak dining table with bench from Grain and Frame. The table arrived yesterday and is a genuine work of art; I can't stop staring at it, thank you. It came ahead of schedule and the delivery team put it together for us quickly with no fuss - very friendly people. We ordered the A Frame, White Oak, Live Edge Dining Table. From ordering samples to choosing the design Rhys and Sam couldn't have been more helpful. The table was ready within the time line given, unfortunately there was a delay in our new build house being ready so Grain & Frame kindly held onto the table for us. Arranging delivery when we were ready was straightforward and it arrived the following week. the delivery team were friendly and very careful with the new table and our home. They assembled the table and removed all packaging, great service. we are delighted with the table, the grain and colour are perfect, The table is very solid, not too rustic and very warm and inviting. From the point of order to the point of delivery they offered a friendly, courteous and professional service. I shopped around for tables for a while and finally decided to go with Grain and Frame as the value for money was the best. Anyone put off by the relatively long lead times don't be - they arrived bang on time and the table was worth the wait, and compared to highstreet names the table came in half the time with options to customise.The delivery with assembly included was quick and disruption free - it really was as quick as the assembly video on site!

Everything about dealing with these guys went to plan, even during the COVID situation. Ordering was easy, Sam followed-up by email almost right away, and they kept in contact as the delivery time approached. The week before delivery, Rhys phoned to ensure I'd be around on the day and during the delivery window. Then Adam from the delivery team phoned on the day of delivery to give me a better idea when they would arrive. Honestly they are the first delivery that bothered to research and find my new post code without assistance. Setup of the table was quick, friendly, and professional and they observed distancing and mask wearing throughout. End-to-end there was a high level of professionalism and the table itself (black oak live edge 210cm) is gorgeous!

Cannot recommend them enough!I contacted Grain and Frame in early April and enquired about a garden table and bench asking for specific sizes and for the addition of a couple of stools .They have been so accommodating and offered great advise.They have just delivered in record time the finished set and we are absolutely thrilled. The quality and finish is is to a very high standard and we could not be happier.Most garden furniture companies are out of stock or not able to deliver till end of August and as we wanted the furniture for a celebration in June we are so happy to have received the furniture so promptly. They even set the furniture up for us.We are delighted to support a British Company especially during these hard times. 😊

great experience from start to finish. Clear guidance on delivery times from order (obviously a bit of a wait because they're being made to order). Great customer service when i phones up with a query, and then really clear idea of delivery times on the day. The two guys who made the delivery were friendly, professional and super efficient. I blinked and my table had been assembled.Finally, I'm really happy with the table. Always a risk buying online when you can't see the quality in person, but you will not be disappointed. I ordered a custom made dining table (industrial pine & hairpin legs) and Sam was incredibly helpful when I enquired about it. I was kept informed about delivery times and it came on time! The delivery team did a great job of assembling it quickly and even arranged the chairs I had with the table, before I came to take a final look at it, which I thought was really nice of them. We were looking for a custom made, industrial style dining table and bench set that would fit in the kitchen. The tables we had seen in shops and online were too wide or just not what we were looking for. We found Grain and Frame on Etsy and after messaging them our requirements they got back to us in no time. We were able to visit them at their workshop to see their tables and we knew we were going to go with them straight away. The pieces were well made, sturdy and hard wearing. The style we went for was a medium brown stained Canadian pine table with black legs. Rhys said he would be able to make the table both extendable and according to the size we requested. He was able to answer any questions we had and arranged for the table to be delivered with legs assembled on arrival. We are so pleased with the table and the bench and would highly recommend Grain and Frame, not only for their fabulous tables but also customer service and ability to create a bespoke dining set based on our needs. I came across grain and frame as I wanted a black solid oak dining table, which there is a lack of on the market. The website is simple to use. We did contact Sam via the website and he was so accommodating for our order. Our table turned up today, ahead of schedule and we are beyond happy with it. The finish is perfect and finished with a life proof lacquer! All put together on site too. Highly highly recommend!

Grain & Frame really went above and beyond to ensure we had the exact table we were after! There were some adjustments to the colour needed but the overall service, support and turn around for getting the table ready was fantastic. So glad we came across this company and would definitely recommend!

We love our new table from Grain and Frame. Sam was really helpful and made our new dining table in a custom size. The table looks great and feels really good quality!

Took delivery of our table and bench today and it's awesome. Beautiful wood top and custom colour frame. Can't wait to have the family round for dinner - until then work from home just got more comfortable! Great price and customer service too, totally recommend!
